The virtual visit benefit varies according to your Summary of Benefits document, and some limitations apply. Members on a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), catastrophic plan, or Medicare Supplement are not eligible for free urgent care virtual visits. Visits are available for $64/visit for most members.
